��ʦapp Names New Distinguished and Visiting Fellows

Congressionally Chartered. Scholarship Driven. Fiercely Nonpartisan.

��ʦapp has appointed eight new Distinguished and Visiting Fellows to advance nonpartisan scholarship and address critical global challenges.

"We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional group of leaders and experts to the ��ʦapp," said Natasha Jacome, ��ʦapp President and CEO. "Their vast experience in national security, diplomacy, foreign policy, and emerging technologies will significantly enrich our nonpartisan analysis and inform critical policy discussions."

“For decades, the ��ʦapp’s strength has rested on its ability to bring world-class experts into the policy dialogue,” said David Mansdoerfer, Acting Chair of the ��ʦapp Board of Trustees. “These new Distinguished and Visiting Fellows embody that standard of excellence and nonpartisanship.”

The newly announced Distinguished Fellows are:

Lt. Gen. (ret.) Nina Armagno, the first Senate-confirmed general officer in the history of the US Space Force and the only Air Force general officer to command both of the nation's space launch wings.
Alonzo Fulgham, an accomplished global executive, corporate board leader, and strategic advisor.
Dr. Jill Jermano, retired member of the federal Senior Executive Service in the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
The Honorable Robert Mosbacher, Jr., former President and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and current Chairman of the Board of Mosbacher Energy Company.

The newly announced Visiting Fellows are:

Michael Frank, an expert on the geopolitics of artificial intelligence
Dr. Ashlyn Hand, an expert on international religious freedom and US foreign policy
Javid Ahmad, an expert on counterterrorism, identity intelligence, threat finance networks, and disruptive technologies.
Dr. Leith States, an expert on US-Haiti relations as well as global public health.

The appointments of these Distinguished and Visiting Fellows come as the ��ʦapp recruits its 2027-2028 class of Research Fellows through a competition open to accomplished scholars, practitioners, journalists, and public intellectuals from around the world.
